Refund Policy (Training Fee)

All training fees paid to Lepus Proprietary Trading are subject to the following refund policy. A participant may request a full refund of the training fee by providing written notice within fourteen (14) days of the enrolment date. Where a refund request is submitted after fourteen (14) days but within sixty (60) days of the enrolment date, the participant will be eligible for a refund of fifty per cent (50%) of the training fee. No refunds will be granted for requests made more than sixty (60) days after the enrolment date.

 

For the avoidance of doubt, access to digital training materials, recordings, documentation, and any associated program resources is granted immediately upon enrolment, and delivery of the services is deemed to have commenced at that time. The participant acknowledges that the refund limits set out above are fair and reasonable having regard to the nature of the program, the immediate provision of digital content, and the administrative and delivery costs incurred. This policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

Access to access to digital training materials, recordings, documentation, and any associated program resources will be revoked at time of refund.
